Vetter is an international specialist in the production of aseptically prefilled syringe systems, cartridges and vials. We are a family-owned, independent company and do not manufacture our own drugs. Our focus is on providing highly skilled support and state-of-the-art manufacturing resources - we are a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) supporting our customers from the initial phases of clinical development and regulatory approval process through successful product launch, commercial manufacturing, and life cycle management.

 

The company has production sites in Germany and the U.S., as well as sales offices in Singapore and Japan.

 

Responsibilities:

     Supporting Business Development and Key Account Management for Vetter’s clinical manufacturing sites in Chicago (VDSC) and Rankweil, Austria (VDSR) with

  • Quotations
  • Requests for Information
  • Lead Generation
  • Marketing Interface

 

Tasks:

Quotations

  • Prepare all clinical quotes for VDSC and VDSR. Assure that quotes are tracked & stored.
  • Maintain/Update quotation templates.
  • Coordinate RFI’s for VDSC/VDSR. Maintain standardized responses.
  • Support standardized pricing, incl. alignment with Ravensburg
  • Customer interface as experience grows.  Occasional visits to customers (with business development managers)

Forecasting

  • Track potential project transfers to Ravensburg, Germany
  • Support sales forecasting & planning w/ manager
  • Monthly pipeline tracking & lead lists Marketing Interface
  • Support trade shows, promotions, consultant day and other marketing activities
  • Support regular updates to VDSC/VDSR presentations (w/ Marketing)

Other

  • Track leads & sources
  • Lost business analysis
  • Support revenue/margin analyses w/ manager

CRM improvements

 

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors degree (minimum)
Knowledge/experience with pharma industry & manufacturing
